THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

1.  Accommodation in Base Category room at :

3.  04 nights stay at specified hotels in Leh.

4. Stay on MAP Basis. (04 breakfasts and 04 dinners)

5. Arrival / Departure transfers by 01 NAC Van / Travera / Sumo / Xylo / Qualis (as per availability from Taxi Union)

6. Transportation by 01 NAC Scorpio / Xylo (Private Basis) for sightseeing as per the itinerary.

7. Driver com assistance at the airport while arriving and departing.

8. Mics. charges are inclusive like

9.  Toll Tax, Parking, Driver Allowance, Govt. Tax

THE QUOTATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Airfares Trainfare.

• Lunch

• Green Fees & Environment Fees @ INR 600 per person for Indians on direct payment basis

• Oxygen Cylinder @ Rs. 500-1000 Per Day as per rental basis. Please do let us know if you required the same on prior basis as it is not available in the vehicle.

• Any Non-Indian Passport holder permit fees will be @ INR 1500 per person (minimum 02 person)

• Any monastery entrance fees, Any Joy ride (camel safari) or rafting.

• Medical expenses (apart from first aid) and insurance of any kind.

• Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal nature.

• Transportation is not on disposal basis. It is strictly as per the programme, any extra running will be charges extra.

• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike, curfew or any other natural calamities (like: road block) or any emergency evacuation expenses. If there are any changes in itinerary due to the above circumstance, guest will have to pay directly over there as per uses.

• There is no refund if the tour not complete due to reason of any natural calamities or any personal reason. 

• Any other item not mentioned in the cost includes section.

Most Important:-            

** Below 2 yrs child is not recommendable for Ladakh**

** Do not take Alcohol on First Day of Arrival**

** Any Heart, Blood Pressure, Asthma Patients or any other critical illness suffering patient are not recommended to Ladakh or you can check with your doctor before travelling.**

**Once hotel’s confirmation will be shared, no further changes will be acceptable in Hotel Bookings.**

Payment Policy :-           

• 50% on the time of Confirmation.

• 50% by installment basis before 15 days of travelling date.

Cancellation Policy :-    

• Rs. 1000 Per person Cancellation will be charged once confirmed the file.

• GST on total invoice amount will be not refundable once file confirmed.

• Within 29 Days there will be 01 night retention.

• Within 15 Days there will be 50% retention.

• Below 07 days No refund for cancellation or after starting of the tour.

• All the arrangements for the tour are preplanned and prepaid. In case of not completion of the tour due to any reason whatsoever there will not be any refund for any unutilized services. Any extra expense due any alteration has to be paid extra.

Child Policy:-    

• Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with parents without extra bed.

• Children between 5 – 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.

           • 02nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing parent’s bed have to pay extra for Meals only.
