Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1:  Arrive Cochin

Welcome to God’s Own Country! Kerala tour starts with your arrival at Cochin Airport. You’ll be warmly greeted by our tour representatives and transferred to the hotel. After refresh gets ready for guided sightseeing tour of Cochin visit unique Chinese Fishing nets, Fort Cochin, Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church, Dutch Cemetery, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Hill Palace, and Bolghatty Palace. Enjoy boating at the Marine drive. In the evening you will be taken for a cultural Kathakali dance show. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2:  Cochin – Munnar (130 km/ 4 Hrs.)

After Breakfast at the hotel and pack your luggage and check out from the hotel. Today you will be driven to Munnar. The lavish scenic hill station of Munnar is one of the most attractive places in India and not just Kerala. En-route, stop at the waterfalls and enjoy the natural beauty. The misty roads, the cloudy skies, and the incredible views accompany on your ride. On arrival into the hill town Munnar, check in to a listed hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 3:  Munnar

Wake up to an attractive morning at the hotel/resort; get freshened up and luxuriate in a healthy breakfast. You will be guided for a full day tour of Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anamudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m, which is visible from Munnar. Visit the Christ Church and proceed for wildlife watching at Eravikulam National Park (16 km). The high attitude sanctuary is known for the Nilgiri Tahr and the Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once in 12 years. After that, you will continue your tour to Rajamalai Hills lying adjacent to the park and stop by at Madupetty Dam which is a famous picnic spot for boating and horse riding. Later, you will be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Note: Eravikulam National Park is closed from 01 Jan to 28 Feb every year.

Day 4:  Munnar – Thekkady (90 Km/ 2.5 Hrs.)

Today morning following your breakfast at the Munnar hotel/resort, pack your baggage and check-out from the hotel/resort. Hereafter, you'll be driven towards the beautiful Thekkady city, where you will be checking into the hotel already booked for you. Your journey will include a visit to some popular spice plantations where you will get a rare taste of nature in combination with unexplored sanctity. Some of the spices grown here include names like pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and nutmeg. You will also enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake and also the popular wildlife sanctuary over here. Evening you can enjoy Martial art /Kathakali dance at Mudra Center at an Additional Cost. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel in Thekkady

Day 5:  Thekkady – Alleppey (130 Km / 04 Hrs.)

Our day will start with a drive towards Alleppey, an important backwater destination inviting thousands of tourists every year, who come all the way to enjoy Alleppey, the ‘Backwater Capital’ of Kerala. Arriving in Alleppey, arrival into a houseboat and luxuriate in maneuvering the silent nevertheless tempting backwaters. Enjoyment of the facilities and amenities within the boat and go through the luxurious coconut lagoons, endless paddy fields, slim canals, and coir villages; Overnight stay in the houseboat

Day 6:  Alleppey - Kovalam (160 Km / 4.5 Hrs.)

Today the houseboat arrives at the land. Have a delicious breakfast after which check out from the houseboat. Drive to Kovalam by road. On arrival at the beach town, check in to the hotel. The day is free. The calm beaches of Kovalam are perfect for attractive walks, sunbathing and a fun time with waves. Watch the spectacular sunset, get a grab of local seafood or Ayurvedic sessions. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7:  Kovalam-

Today after a delicious breakfast. We proceed for local sightseeing tour of Trivandrum visit to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the abode of the Lord Vishnu from which the town gets its name. Also, visit the Napier Museum and Zoo. The afternoon is free for shopping. Have a look at the handicrafts, seashell created items, etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8:  Kovalam - Trivandrum (15 Km/ 30 Minutes.)-

Today morning, pack your luggage and check-out from the Hotel. You will be transferred to Trivandrum airport /Railway Station to connect for the onward destination, this exciting tour will come to an end!
